Quick Tip – In terms of your vendors let them know that parking is a pain with it being in the City Centre & if in a van it may not fit under some of the NCP parking barriers. Also they need to be aware of loading & unloading difficulties. Nothing we as Event Companies are not used to but mention it so they understand the venue challenges in setting up. Also make sure the DJ controls the bass levels as we wasn’t even playing too loud & the levels needed to be adjusted as exhibits were inching forward in the room above which made us chuckle. Can you imagine a valuable exhibit smashing…. Overall Manchester Art Gallery is a stunning venue that your staff / guests will love.

My recommendations for the room – The room benefits from Uplighting, Monogram Projection, Magic Mirror Photo Booth, Cinema Box & our Film Star Entrance. The Magic Mirror is a favourite for Corporate Events & is always well received.
